The video is a record of the live camera feed from the Online Weather Center for New Orleans on the day and evening of the Super Bowl. The power outage lasted 34 minutes, only slightly longer than the global power outage caused by extraterrestrials in the Sci Fi classic, The Day the Earth Stood Still, aimed at sending a message to world governments. Was it all just coincidental, or was the UFO an extraterrestrial vehicle sending a message to humanity?
