Dude, there's really no need for the inverted commas around the word "sex" as if it were some new concept - aside from a few of the really regressive fundies who never survived the passage into adulthood, nobody disputes its existence.
Or are you trying to imply that homosexual sex somehow isn't real sex? On the contrary, simple deduction suggests that same-sex couples, each having first-hand knowledge of exactly how their partner's erogenous zones work, probably do it a lot better than many heterosexuals. Oh, but what can I be thinking? To a fundie, sex isn't supposed to be enjoyable anyway, and the more you enjoy it, the more you should hate yourself for being a filthy sinner.

So people with mental problems should be allowed to have sex or marry? What would you define as a mental problem? Would you include depression, manic depression, anorexia? They're all psychological conditions, should they be banned from sex and marriage?
As a gay man I have to admit. I have a metal problem. People love gold or silver but actually copper is my favorite metal. Its useful, versatile, and if highly polished its color is actually quite lovely and warm. I'm going to therapy to deal with my "metal" problem though.
