I would agree that ID does not qualify as a falsifiable hypothesis. It's not a hypothesis because it's an observation of the obvious, and it's not falsifiable because it's true.

1.) Creation is far from obvious. Just because you take Genesis as literal value and apply it as such does not mean that everything registers the same to us.
2.) You misunderstand what unfalsifiable means. It means, by the parameters you set, it's impossible to test and verify your hypothesis, be it positive or negative. It means that it has set evidence, and with that evidence can be proven wrong if contradictory evidence surfaces. Such is impossible with ID. You're confronted with conflicting evidence, it's merely the prank of a trickster God looking to condemn as many to hellfire for some inexplicable reason, over a supremely trifling matter. Goddidit still has many questions and holes in it unanswered, it offers no process or evidence other than "In the beginning..."
Then please answer the following questions in detail:Who, why and how exactly created the world as we know it? Who, why and how exactly created the creator? Who, why and how exactly created creator's creator? Who, why etc.

ID was invented expressly to pretend that creationism could be dressed up as something scientific, and here he is, admitting that it's nothing at all like a scientific hypothesis.
