Evolution is a fact. The theories explaining the details of evolution are continually refined, based on the evidence that is continually collected. This is exactly how science works.
This is also how an investigation into the death of a person works. Investigators look for evidence of what happened, and use that evidence to develop a theory about how it happened. If all evidence points to it being an accident, then there is no reason to look for a murderer.
For example, a homeless man is found frozen to death in an alley after a blizzard. Logical conclusion: no foul play was involved.
Creationism, on the other hand, starts with an unproven conclusion, tosses out evidence that disagrees with that conclusion, lies about the evidence, and screams, "You can't disprove it, therefore it's true!" This is not how science works.
This is equivalent to planting "evidence," or simply pretending there is evidence when there is none. To use the same example, a homeless man is found frozen in an alley after a blizzard. You may think it's silly for someone to stay outside in a blizzard instead of taking shelter, so you scream foul play. You have heard stories about a person using supernatural powers to paralyze people, but you have never seen any evidence that they can do this. Your (illogical) conclusion: This person used supernatural powers to paralyze the homeless guy before the blizzard, and that's why he didn't find shelter.
