You've been shown the difference, Fuckeyemike, but you are so blinded by your religious delusion that you don't recognize evolution as science. A long time ago you decided that the Bible was Truth(TM) and that anything that disagreed with it was false.
Nothing we say will ever convince you otherwise.
You're officially religiously retarded. Have a nice day.
Prove to you that evolution is a science:
See; Speciation of bacteria, germ theory, and darwins finches for a real quick example. There is MUCH more than that, but this is a good start.
the only difference is the state pays for evolution to be taught.
Difference? And your church isn't taxed, so religion is also paid to teach against it. Goddamned crybabies, oh, you're so persecuted.
yet another idiot working the "ToE is a religion" line.
The tactic is: get enough people to believe it, then start claiming that teaches breaches the first amendment
I can prove Evolution is science.
But can I prove it to your satisfaction? No. Because I've played game before. You'll make straw men out of anything given to you, ignore any evidence you can't deliberatly misinterpret and keep moving the goal posts until no one can reach them.
Oh and then you'll claim victory because I couldn't force you to change your mind.
Yeah..I don't think so.
Evolution makes predictions that could be refuted by observation. Thusfar, every prediction has been correct. Creationsism is not open to refutation by observation, and therefore has no place in the hypethetico-deductive method.
Crack a book from time to time, Buckeyemike. The 7-11 kind of slows down late at night which should give you plenty of time to read, when you're not scrubbing the Slurpie machine.
"one question prove to me evolution is science?"
It follows the scientific method hence it is, indeed, science you moron.

Microscopes have shown us one of the facets of life that the bible writers ignored completely. Fossils, another.
One of the main purposes of science is to explain these glaring scriptural omissions.
Evolution is based on evidence, while creationism is based on the first couple of pages from the bible.
Evolution can be tested and could be falsified (and, as it matches the evidence, still stands), while creationism can pretty much be twisted round to match any evidence you care to throw at it.
Or rather, intelligent design is unfalsifiable, creationism is simply impossible.

Creationism is a religion. Thanks for the confession.
What would you accept as proof that evolution is scientific? (Not a science, Biology is the science, same as relativity is not a science, Physics is the Science.)
Would any of the following do it?:
Mapping the Human Genome? Creating artificial life forms with the phrase "Craig Venter, Venter Institvte" in their DNA? Creating organic chemicals from non-living chemicals?
Solving intractable problems with evolutionary algoritms? The strong phenotypic effects produced by artificial selection? The concordance of geological strata with fossil structures? Observed adaptitions to pesticides or bacteriocides?
The absence of prayers, priest, altars, temples or tithes? The presence of peer-reviewed publications, evidence and adjustment to the theory in the face of evidence? (The neo-Darwinist synthesis. "The scientist rejects the theory and accepts the evidence, the theologian rejets the evidence")
If not, do tell us what you would consider evidence of a science.
Confused?
