Yes, they WERE wrong, but they became right because good people like me obtained the power and enforced our own moral code over those in a KKK. Therefore, according to history we were always right and the KKK was always wrong. This is because our side won, and could thus write history to favor our moral code. We were the winners and so we were always right.
