(re: rape victims and abortion)
The state will not force her to have a child conceived in rape. It will only outlaw the execution of the innocent party.
Outlawing abortion is right because it protects innocent people. That some would seek to break the law is no reason to disestablish the law. We do not regulate theft because without legal theft some people might get hurt doing it against the law. Neither is the argument from consequence a rational one in this case.

So...the state is going to make sure a natural miscarriage occurs, then? Because that really is the only option you're leaving yourself, if you're defining "innocent party" and "child conceived in rape" as the same entity.
O.K.,
if it only outlaws the execution, but doesn´t force the mother to bear it, the case is simple...
just extract the living embryo (in whatever state it is) from the mother without killing it.
Afterwards, well, if it can survive without help outside of the womb then O.K., maybe someone will want to adopt it...
if not and dies, then technically it was no execution.
Of course we can 99% be sure that the embryo dies, so it would be much more humane, to kill it outright (if we can speak from killing when we talk about a lump of cells without neuronal system or developed internal organs, which is the state of most embryos that get aborted)
"The state will not force her..."
That state leaves the choice for the woman.
If the woman chooses to abort, the state merely covers the cost.
No such thing as legal theft.
Also, I'd rather see clinics operating just fine than to see women dying either giving birth alone (too ashamed or scared to go to a hospital), dying trying to perform a back alley abortion or giving birth and then throwing the baby in a dumpster. I might not be a fan of women getting abortions just because they were fooling around, but since clinics can help prevent said tragedies, I'm all for them.
Effectively forcing her to have a child by removing any alternative, and also implying that the raped woman is not, in fact, innocent and deserves to punished by being forced to risk her life, health, sanity and future by bearing a rapist's fetus when she did not actively choose to do so. Evidently you do not understand the concepts of bodily autonomy and choice and certainly lack understanding of human rights for anyone who is not male or a fetus.
Condemning abortion and approving of capital punishment is an indicator of fucked up logic in morality. Life is life and one either allows the right to take that life, or one does not.
Come back with arguments against abortion when capital punishment is abolished.
'Outlawing abortion is right because it protects innocent people.'
BULLSHIT. A clump of cells is NOT a person, no matter how much whaleshit spin assholes like Stripe put on it.
'Neither is the argument from consequence a rational one in this case.'
NO, FUCKTARD, your argument isn't anywhere near rational. Then again, fuckface, you fundy trash only see women as baby machines & nothing more. Shove your KJV Bible up your ass and then get out some more.
"without legal theft"
Those are called 'taxes'
Confused?
