Come on, I'm not even from the right contenant and even I know the "founding fathers" where not all Christians, many being simple Deists, and some not evn beng what some sects would consider Christian these days (non-trinitarians, etc).

I like the USA’s cultural output (music, movies, books, TV, comics, games, etc.) and I enjoy American politics as a kind of spectator sport, but I prefer to live in Europe, thank you very much.
I enjoy it too much not having to go bankrupt if I get ill and not having to guess which person I meet on the street has bear arms does bear a gun or not.

The country was, according to Trumpy here, founded on principles of religious freedom and personal liberty. But when that freedom and liberty is expanded upon, that is turning away from your principles and leads to slavery.

It took over a million deaths before we got rid of slavery in this country. The slavery the founding fathers didn't care to do anything about and gladly supported and partook in with their own income.
They also had the wisdom to allow freedom of religion and to ensure that the country would be secular and never be a theocracy.

Christianity has NEVER created a freepeople. Democracy, representative government and Kingdoms where the royalty/nobility cared did. The Enlightenment spread it over Europe.
