Why are evolutionist so stubborn even if evolution is possible it is VERY unlikely they say that anybody who worships a god or gods are uneducated but have they learned about PROBABILITY when it comes down to it a god is simply more likely.I think they DO NOT want to believe in a god or think that there is no god just because bad things happen.Even if all the gods people hear of do not exist there could be a god that nobody has even heard of.IF the anti-god people want us to believe that there is no god they should come up with a different THEORY than evolution.THERE IS TONS OF PROOF AGAINST EVOLUTION BUT NO PROOF AGAINST A GOD.

AND I think that the earth was created about 40,000(estimated by a christian SCIENTIST YES SCIENTIST) but evolution does not seem impossible but very possible if there are animals to start with like dogs,cats,and people.Who knows in THOUSANDS OF YEARS WE MAY EVOLVE INTO MONKEYS (PLANET OF THE APES LOL)MY POINT IS WE WERE CREATED BY SOMETHING THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO NOT MILLIONS AND EVEN IF EVOLUTION IS REAL TRY TO PROVE THAT IT is MORE LIKELY than a god if evolution has a 90% chance of being real I CHOSE GOD. Time to pick apart yet another idiot infesting Y!A. Joy! :D

- The Earth was created 40,000, WHAT? You did not finish this clause. Did you mean "years ago?" Did you mean "centuries ago?" Did you mean "hours ago?" (I hope you did not mean hours, for the sake of my sanity.) You must finish your sentences.

- Question marks are your friends. Use them at the end of questions. Run-on sentences are not easy to decipher.

- TYPING AN ENTIRE SENTENCE IN CAPS LOCK makes you look like a raving loony. Stop that!

- After a period, you have to leave a space. You see how my sentences are easily distinguished from one another? That is because I use proper punctuation and *spaces.*

- Please don't type when you're angry, or at the very least, have the decency to re-read what you just typed before you hit "Submit." Saying you "got carried away" doesn't excuse you. If you have the time to admit you got carried away, then you have the time to proofread your submission before you post it. Verbal diarrhea does not help your cause, it only hurts it.

If evolution was random then yes, a creator would be more likely. However, the wonderful law of natural selection tells us that evolution is NOT random, and is in fact a near certainty when it comes to life.

How about telling your creation "scientist" buddies to come up with a proper theory first before we even consider scraping evolution? Just saying "earth was created" doesn't count as a theory. Nor does saying "evolution sucks". If you guys can't even come up with a scientific theory (scientific being the key word there), why should we accept your ideas as science?

Change the word "against" into "for", and that sentence becomes accurate. And for the record, you can't prove a negative. In the real world of science, as opposed to creationist bizarro-land, we draw conclusions from the evidence, rather than searching for evidence to prove or disprove already formed opinions.

You can't even get your own hypothesis straight. Christian "scientist yes scientist" claim the earth between four and six thousand years old, not forty thousand years old. At any rate, there is no basis for either one of those numbers, not even in the bible.

First off, you are murdering the English language. Secondly, evolution moves forward, not backwards -- even the planet of the apes got it right, as those apes were pretty much highly-evolved members of the 'pan' family (chimps), not de-evolved humans. Finally, you're trying to say that evolution is improbably on a scale of billions of years, yet you believe that it can happen over a period of 40,000 years? Even if it was given a head start, with a few species already intact at the beginning, that still isn't enough time to account for the diversity of nature, particularly when you factor in all of the fossils we've discovered.

So, even if evolution could be proved beyond a shadow of a doubt, you would still close your mind to it and choose to believe that a god created everything. I wish I could email that sentence to everyone who tells me I'm close-minded about theism.
