Sorry to cut you, but the lowest rate of abortions has not taken place with "conservative" presidents. It has to do with economics and opportunities for both the woman and the baby.Besides, how are abortions going to get down if MacCaine himself has cheated on his wife and the products of his infidelities have been summarily aborted?
