Muslims gave us Arabic numerals --- so much less clumsy than Roman numerals. (And while it was the Indians who invented the zero, it was the Muslims who conveyed it to us.)
Also, Muslims contributed a lot to early astronomy; a vast number of star names are Arabic (e.g., Aldebaran, Algol, Altair).

Not quite - Yemeni Sufi mystics were the first to brew coffee, according to Wikipedia (preserved in English with the word mocha ).
