A variety of mathematical, medical, and other general scientific advances while you guys were busy raping and pillaging each other. Along with a drive to preserve as much knowledge from as far and wide as they could. (Also partially in response to you guys and your illogical hatred for centuries of scientific advancement at that time.)
Muslims gave us Arabic numerals --- so much less clumsy than Roman numerals. (And while it was the Indians who invented the zero, it was the Muslims who conveyed it to us.)
Also, Muslims contributed a lot to early astronomy; a vast number of star names are Arabic (e.g., Aldebaran, Algol, Altair).

Well, my uncle is from Iran, and he's a Muslim. He and his brothers came to the US as teenagers. They're currently doctors, and still Muslim. They save lives everyday. One is even a surgeon. They do more for the human race in one day than you will in your entire life.
