By ballot, legislature and/or brute force. It must be done.

From their Facebook:
"The Disciples of the New Dawn are led by Father Patrick Oliver Embry. We resist the activities of the Communist Masters who seek to control us all."
...
"The mission of the Disciples of the New Dawn founded by Father Patrick Oliver Embry is as follows: In order to escape the wretched communist dictatorship that now runs our country, we have taken our friends and family off the grid. Deep underground we are safe from the coming storm that will soon be upon this once great nation. When the dust settles and the radiation dissipate, we will emerge, there will be A New Dawn and our progeny shall rebuild this nation as a Federal Republic of Christ as God and the founding fathers intended. Amen."
Yes, standard issue survivalist woo-woo. But if they took their families off the grid, why are they on Facebook?
EDIT: Upon deeper investigation, I'm gonna call poe. I'm a terrible judge at that sort of thing, but they're anti-cat, believe that saying "Happy Holidays" is a shootable offense, and actually believe beatniks are still a thing.
In a country that claims to have "freedom of religion", we all have the right to pledge allegiance to our country without at the same time making a specific religious statement. It is also unconscionable to ask any American to remain silent while another American promotes their beliefs with governmental authority.

I see POE
Maybe it's a poe, but I can't help reading "We need to enforce one nation under god" and thinking, "okay this precedent was set where, now?" Can I get a citation or something?
Hopefully this is just a (stupid) Poe, but if I was USian it would probably annoy me enough to start a "Bring Back E Pluribus Unum " counter-campaign and to militate to get the PoA out of schools and back where it belongs: with soldiers, civil servants and elected official, either in its original form or preferably in an improved form, with the allegiance being sworn to the Constitution or to the American people rather than to a piece of cloth. (Can you tell that I don't like the idea of making kids way too young to sign a contract or consent for sex swear a jingoistic oath to a dumb piece of fabric?)
@Canadiest
Typical right wing fundie hide in a hole because I was raised to be a scared little rabbit from birth case.
Hey now, rabbits are mostly cute and harmless (mostly: back when I was a kid, we had one who got renamed Freddy because he'd have been right at home on Elm Street), not to mention tasty, which is more than you can say for these fundy/survivalist-type morlocks/mole-people.
@ConcernedCultist
See, this is the danger with poes. I thought it was fake, but yeah, this shit does seem legit after all. It's almost funny, some of the crazy they spew, but if it is real, then I am suddenly very, very afraid.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
