That is certainly true. There are certainly some who accept the ToE who are racists. It's sad, but true. It is also probably true that somewhere there are a few who accept the ToE and believe their grandmothers are aliens from other planets.
I certainly don't think evolution 'made' anything. Life began, and then through descent with modification plus natural selection plus billions of years, life evolved into all the biomass on this planet.
Well, yeah, there's a few, but they tend to be Social Darwinists, who are notorious for misinterpreting evolution as a comment on society, usually in their favor. Most less-ignorant evolutionists have no truck with such people.
And, incidentally, if you read Guns, Germs, and Steel by Jared Diamond, he mostly disclaims the idea of racial inferiority (with the exception of some odd assertions about New Guinean tribesmen's intelligence possibly being higher than urbanized Westerners) and ascribes the differences between races and ethnicities largely to contingencies of natural resources and history.

actual evolution would say your an idiot. black people are black because of where their ancestors originated from... around the equator. You and i are white because our ancestors came from regions where there was very little sunlight (well, little compared to the equator) so we evolved white skin so that we could absorb more sunlight, produce more vitamin d and therefore be heathy... but i don't think it's working in your case. you might want to eaze up on the fake tan...
Interestingly, most racist fucks I've encountered have been right-wing religious nutjobs. I've very seldom run into a non-religious racist. And the non-religious racists I've run into have all used a misunderstanding of how evolution ACTUALLY works to support their racism. People that actually understand evolution don't use it to support racist BS.
