I know you label this simply as incredulity, but I see no way of any physical contraption being able to percieve the collective activity of our brain cells.

I'm with Hasan Prishtina; the activity of my brain cells has also been thoroughly "perceived" by doctors, using EEG's, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging.
Incredulity is actually too kind for you, I'd label it either idiocy or willful ignorance.
I'm betting in the same thread someone went "But God reveal his wonders within the electrical impulses in our brains, we are fearfully and wonderfully made, praise Jesus"
We've seen every medical revelation rebooted by them as a revelation of divinity and actually absolute evidence of God as nature couldn't produce such a thing.
Is this guy saying that MRIs, EEGs and CAT Scan machines don't exist?
So, are stethoscopes actually compact MP3 players that play only Gene Krupa drum solos or what?
Heart monitors don't monitor anything! They're just a "machine that goes 'Ping'"....or "BEEP...BEEP...BEEP..."!
Following this guy's "logic", radios are boxes with little elves playing musical instruments, hawking products, giving news reports & yelling about politics. There's a whole team of these guys in every radio!....

(The fat guy does the 'Rush Limbaugh Show' & the pilot guy does 'Morning Traffic Reports').
TVs are these same guys running around in a box....unless it's a flatscreen, then these guys are really...really flat. Same goes for computers. Those Littles really get around!
....AND THE MOON IS CHEESE! Swiss, in fact.
I went to have a look at the original post to see if I could determine some context, but quickly fled. Just wait till he learns that IBM has invented synthetic neurons.
And thanks for the cat photos!

Thats... not the first word which comes to mind. Try:
lunacy
ignorance
nonsense
idiocy
absurdity
simplicity
stupor
stolidity
fatuity
ineptitude
stupefaction
slowness
imbecility
obtuseness
brainlessness
doltishness
feeble-mindedness
nitwittedness
stupidness
thick-headedness
weak-mindedness
I think that about covers it.
Really? 'cause I can think of fMRIs, PETs, EEGs, and magnetoencephalograms just off the top of my head.
Meh'd. Not really fundie, just hilariously ignorant of modern medical technologies.
If machines can't read brain activity, then why would people pay me money to lie around in an MRI scanner for over an hour and perform tasks, then sit around with my head covered with electrodes and perform more tasks? It seems like researchers would only pay money for stuff that gave them the data they wanted.
“I know you label this simply as incredulity,”
Hmm. Prophecy.
“but I see no way of any physical contraption being able to percieve the collective activity of our brain cells.”
“Mark all the squares that contain a stoplight.”
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
