The president of theocratic law group The Liberty Council announced on the social medium Twitter that she plans to carry a gun with her to the women’s restroom at Target stores so that she can shoot anyone she thinks is transgender.

Anita Staver is married to Mat Staver, head of the legal team that defended Kentucky’s outspoken anti-marriage equality county clerk Kim Davis in her effort to deny same-sex couples the right to marry.
Conservative activists have worked themselves into a lather over Target stores’ decision to allow trans customers to use restrooms designated for their expressed gender. The group launched a #BoycottTarget campaign on social media last week.

Did she say what she planned to do if the transgender in the Target bathroom brought a gun so she can shoot anyone she thinks is a member of Liberty Council?

News story on Raw Story today about a cop harassing a woman (admitted Dyke) dressed like a guy, grunge look really at a womens washroom. As the right ramps this paranoia up expect more of this.
@Doubting Thomas: At a guess? Riots in the street, deathsquads hunting down anyone believed to be "liberal", which is here defined as disagreeing with them, all the while screaming from the rooftops about how oppressed they are and how much America discriminates against them.
And then they'll wonder why they're being called and treated like terrorists.

Anyway a public washroom is a dumb place predator to strike. While some might be that dumb most would rather choose a place where there aren't cameras everywhere and tons of people in the store at all time.

I will carry a bucket of lye, a can of salt, and a butcher knife to Anita Staver's house. They identify as my objection.
Meanwhile, if Muslims said this about any group in America, probably even transgender people as well, the Liberty Council would be classified as a terrorist organisation and Mrs Staver would have had a few visits from law enforcement.
And that's why I like Target more than Wal Mart. They engage in predatory business practices as well, but at least no one has ever been trampled to death in a Target, & they don't cater to the bible humping republican filth that Wal Mart sucks up to. There's no stigma of patronizing a Target, & they are far more tolerant than their infamous big box counterpart.
Hopefully, Anita will accidentally blow her brains out.

And Kim Il-Davis is lucky that she only has a metaphorical 'Sword of Damocles' - a legal but just as lethal weapon - over her head, should she dare to so much as think she has the right to have ideas above her station?
All the prosecutor has to do is cite the example she represents, should you dare follow up on your threat, Anita.
For then, you would become a legal precedent. Perhaps one for the cause promoted by former governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger (R): Gun Control.

What I hope happens is she finds a transgender person, shoots, misses, and then is promptly arrested for attempted murder and whatever else they can get her for while the victim of the crime walks away with huge chunks of her bank account. Oh, and the recoil of the gun breaks her nose.
And while you sit there, looking at your gun, feeling it's power, admiring the length of the barrel, stroking it's smooth lines, slowly, softly polishing it, up and down, up and down, and, well, your panties are already down, you wonder, "Dare I ?"...

I think Target will survive losing the business of a bunch of right-wing extremists. Others will go there in response to their pro-human-rights and humanitarian attitudes, hopefully.

If you think this crazy bitch shooting someone she believes to be transgendered in a public restroom is going to bring about sensible gun laws, you're dreaming. If we couldn't pass any gun legislation after a nutjob killed 30 kids in a school, we're not going to do it over the shooting death of one transsexual.

And those transgender attackers are so sneaky that most people won’t even realize that they have been attacked (i.e. have been in the same restroom as a transgender person).
