We are changing the constitution so our moral and religious values will once again be in line with the Constitution.

Let's just assume, for the sake of argument, that Prop 8 comes to pass (heaven forbid, so to speak). At that point, it becomes necessary to define the terms "man" and "woman". If two gay men want to marry, would it then become a law that one of them undergo sex change surgery?
There's arguably at least four or five different ways we can define ourselves as "men" or "woman" as applicable, and in some cases, they may completely contradict each other. I can't imagine how any attempts to ban gay marriage -- be they ones on the ballot today or ones that might have already passed -- will be sustainable when you have to define your terms.........
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the constitiution purposely devoid of religious values? And has been like that since it was first written?
Fun thing, he wanted to separate moral AND religious. Don't these people usually say that those two are one and the same?

And just as with the Bible, you clearly haven't read your own country's constitution. You don't even know anything about your own Founding Fathers, do you?
I'm British and an Atheist, and have read both. Now what does that tell you?
Ignorance. It should be illegal.
Confused?
