Ever think that maybe God is punishing the conservative religious nuts in the South instead of the current U.S. leadership? Why is it these idiots think that natural disasters are always punishment for stuff they don't like, especially when such disasters happen in the conservative South? Instead of thinking that maybe God doesn't like them being such judgmental, oppressive pricks, they see it as a sign to be even bigger judgmental, oppressive pricks.

The fact that Debby was only a tropical storm rather than a hurricane obviously means that Gawd is annoyed at the Bible Belt, but is so pleased at the march of gay rights that He didn't smite the fundies with His full wrath.

So right. Last weekend Debbie tore thru the Tampa Bay area and this weekend we had the St. Petersburg Gay Pride parade! It looks the sky-fairy's timing is off too.
