Well, afchuff watching "The People's Court" is clearly where he got his legal knowledge from.
And Small Claims Court doesn't equate with the Federal court system; I'd like to challenge this retard to say to the face of Judge John E. Jones III that he was a liar, re. his decision in Kitzmiller vs. Dover.
Because it's not as if accusations of Perjury aren't a serious crime, eh chuffy...?!
But with all chief of chuffing's bluster & butthurt concerning the SCOTUS & their 26th June decision last year, I don't see how he can possibly challenge them, thus anyone can say to him...:

...when the likes of my MP Karl Turner (Labour, Hull East) would certainly be able to argue him into the dirt. And he's not only not an American, prior to becoming an MP, he was a barrister for Max Gold Partnership, the premier law firm in Yorkshire (and as a QC, still has legal experience & can practice such), so you can bet he - certainly in terms of comparative legal systems etc - will be able to say where you're wrong, concerning the SCOTUS, afchuff.
And S-SM was legalised here in the UK a couple of years before the SCOTUS decision. So not only his Bible (Romans 13:1-5), chuffy hasn't even read his own country's Constitution. When Karl Turner QC probably has. He was among the hundreds of MPs who voted for that bill in Parliament; he certainly knew the legal ramifications of him doing so. And two years later, he was returned to Parliament with an increased majority, so his constituents had no problem with his voting patterns that would affect millions of people in the UK - as well as thousands in his constituency - as a whole.
...now you go back to watching "Judge Judy" lil' Afchuff, the adults are talking. One day you might pass the bar exam - certainly to perhaps earn the privilege of touching the shadow of Judge Jones - but not today.
