Not to make too fine a point of it, but Hitler killed about 10 million. In the United States alone, we have killed something like 54 or 55 million killed through abortion, and that is just in the U.S. Include all the other countries which promote and approve abortion, and the number is incredible.

Your abortion statistic is questionable, and is meaningless anyway without a time span. Abortion is legal. The number of procedures would be unlikely to diminish if it became illegal. Women do not have abortions as a recreational activity. And the church has no business interfering in the legal affairs of non-believers. You've got all you can handle keeping your own house in order.

OK say there had been no abortions , legal or illegal (as already pointed out if there are no legal abortions there is an equal number of illegal ones) ,the population of the US would be 25% bigger ,and these people would not have been wanted by their parents.
This is not without serious effects on the economy employment situation, demographics ,psychological wellbeing, and legal system in America
If you don't like abortions, you know what to do about it. (1) Fund planned parenthood. (2) Make sure that contraceptives are always available to anyone who needs them. (3) Educate all high school kids about sex, and about real contraception, none of that "abstinence only" nonsense. (4) Keep it zipped.

See the difference? The first picture shows living, breathing, feeling and thinking human beings. The second picture shows a non-sentient potential future human, which neither breathes, feels nor thinks.
No country promotes abortions, any more than any countries promote heart transplants. It's just sometimes the lesser of two evils or a life-saving operation.

What's even more incredible is that the population keeps rising through 7 billion people, which is more than the planet can handle, and some people think that we need even more babies born.
Your inflated number would have to represent people for the two to be comparable, and since it doesn't, you just sound ridiculous. And if abortion were illegal, the number of them wouldn't change, there would just be an actual death toll every year of thousands of women, like there was before 1973.
