Then how about I compare it to being left handed, having curly hair, freckles, brown eye color, and a bunch of other human traits. All of which cross racial lines.
Pick one of those traits, replace it with homosexual in these laws and statements. Seems pretty freaking ridiculous now, doesn't it.

The only choice involved in homosexuality is whether or not to express one's attraction for the same sex.

Sticking your fingers in your ears and going "nahnahnah" does not make finding on the inherent predisposition to homosexuality any less real. Nor does lack of genetic predisposition mean that something is a choice. The nature/nurture debate is not, actually, the same as the determinism/free will debate.
Neither does choice or determinism influence whether a group is a minority group or not.
NEWSFLASH: If one identical twin is homosexual, then the other has a 55% chance of being homosexual, as opposed to a 20% rate in fraternal twins. This indicates that sexual orientation is determined, in large part, by genes and conditions in the womb, none of which are controlled by the person who is homosexual.

Lets grant your claim for the sake of examining your argument. By analogy, the fact that vegetarianism is a choice would equally justify denying vegetarians the right to marry. reductio ad absurdam , bitch.
I believe that Homosexuality is only a choice for a bisexual, well....okay not really, but at least it has a small amount of logic (considering that bisexuals are, by definition, bit gay and straight, they are kinda just being half of themselves)

Why do fundies (or ANYone, for that matter) think that people would CHOOSE to be gay? Why do they think they would WILLINGLY submit to the stereotypes, discrimination, prejudice, and hatred towards gays?
That alone is evidence enough that homosexuality is not a choice.
