Are idiots trying to say religion is the cause of millions of death again? Josef Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Pol Pot, they all make the crusades like a playground fight.
Don't say "Hitler was a Christian LOL" either. It was all part of the plan to destroy Christianity from the inside out. He just couldn't piss off the Christians before he became powerful.

Two can play at that game, Nooneightlol:
Stalin and Pol Pot weren't really atheists, it was all part of the plan to destroy atheism from the inside out. They just couldn't piss of the atheists before becoming powerful.
(note - Hitler didn't piss off the Christians AFTER coming to power either)
I'm not saying religion made Hitler do anything, I'm just saying it didn't stop him from doing that.
There are many moral atheists and a number of immoral Christians. Your religion cannot guarantee a moral standard since just anybody can say they're a Christian.
I don't think we should make such arguments. It's not a valid claim against the ideology itself.
Still, he totally was a Christian. fwiw.
Whether or not Hitler was a Christian, he did appeal to Christianity to get the approval of the (mainly) Christian Germans.
However, if anything, he wanted people to worship him and the state.
Hitler wasn't a Christian but the Spanish in South America were. The genocide of the native americans dwarfs the Holocaust by a 4 to 1 ratio. Granted, it took a lot longer, but it resulted in the deaths of nearly 35 million people.
You know, Stalin at one time joined an Orthodox priest seminar. Most probably it was there were he was trained to infiltrate atheism and destroy it from the inside out.
At least that is more probable than your “theory” about Hitler
Hitler was the same kind of "Christian" as US dominionists, Trump and Putin: an exploitative cult of the oligarchs led by a narcissist dictator, wanting to rule the state, impose its own mafia state religion and oppress or suppress the others (including other Christians). It's called far-right identity politics. Derivatives: fascism, nazism, neo-nazism, Christian nationalism, etc. They claim to be the common people but never are, it's to exploit and enslave the people. It's also to force them to die in their imperialist wars. Nazism called itself "Social Nationalism" but was not socialist, it was part of the deception to ride the political wave, just like anti-government extremists calling themselves patriots.
If the goal was to claim that Christianity should be blameless, it has other dark moments in history, like the Inquisition and colonialist genocides.
And why was this on a gaming forum?
Confused?
