It isn't surprising though. The atheist knows without evolution they have no argument. So they will freely pervert science and ad hom the critics because they can't silence them any other way.

Kitzmiller vs. Dover.
You never had an 'argument' in the first place.
Because when a Conservative Christian , John E. Jones III - personally appointed to the Federal bench by Conservative Christian George Dumbya Bush, in turn voted in (twice) by Cre(a)ti(o)nist fundamental ist Christains - agrees that Evolution is the only argument: and in the ultimate crucible of hard solid fact, a court of law, you know you've got problems.
The fact that Judge Jones has had death threats from the likes of you since that case in late 2005 isn't surprising, though: when their precious 'doctrine' has no credibility whatsoever, they will freely pervert Romans 13:1-5.
"The atheist knows without evolution they have no argument.”
I believed in evolution when i was among the Faithful.
My problems with my first religion were along entirely different lines.
Replace evolution with any other scientific view supported by the evidence we have collected and i’ll still be an atheist.
“So they will freely pervert science”
Like the ID textbook that copies the Creationist textbook, including mistakes, word for word? Oh, wait, that’s creationists perverting science. Oh, how about CONSTANTLY viewing the Big Bang as part of evolutionary theory? Oh, no, that’s creationists again. Lies about Lucy’s fossil? Lies about how fossils are dated? Lies about Darwin’s deathbed confession? Lies about Darwin’s motive? Lies about Hitler reading Darwin with glee?
Huh. No, all the perversion of science seems to be the god-botherers.
"and ad hom the critics because they can't silence them any other way.”
Now that’s funny. Ad hominems don’t silence anyone.
To silence creationists, though, you just ask for their evidence.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
