God has given us only a certain percentage of our brain that we use....i think reason being is because He wants us to have faith in Him....He could just give us the full capacity to understand Him and believe in Him.....but He wants us to take a step of faith!

Well, aside from the fact that the "certain percentage of our brain that we use" is for most of us non-fundies 100%, this looks to me like a wander into non-sequitur-land.
Or is she trying to say that the part of the brain she thinks is unused is designed for the purpose of believing in god? If that's what she's trying to argue, then MRI scans of fundies should show more activity than those of non-fundies. Which is a testable claim....
<<Funny. I see it the other way around... fundies use much less of their brain than everyone else.>>
Caphi, that's exactly the point. She seems to try and say that the amount of brain matter used is indirectly proportional to the amount of faith we have in God. God wants us to have faith in him, which is why he limits us to 10% of our brain, something that's already disproven. However, since HS's obviously not using any of his brain, he has nothing but faith for God.
"God has given us only a certain percentage of our brain that we use...."
To you maybe!
Seriously though, read this and learn!
an epic not-truity.
At any given time, you're only using part of your brain, but all of the brain is eventually used.
Also, it's ADAPTED to meet its demands... Any part you weren't using would get liek... Well there's really no such thing.
Actually, for you, most of your brain would go unused...
Blind Faith is not a good thing.
It leads to blind obediance which leads to mankinds biggest mistakes.
we should all question any regime seeking total control.
God has given us only a certain percentage of our brain that we use. Yes, apparently you only use the hindbrain.
The cerebral cortex, on the other hand, was developed through hundreds of generations of human improvement.
Steps of faith...watch that first step, it's a doozy.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
