No, I am not forcing my will on him. Our wills just don’t match and therefore we. Don’t. Have. Consent.
Let’s try another example. Say I go to a car dealership. I find a car I am willing to pay $1000 for. If the salesman agrees with that and is willing to sell me that car for $1000, we have consent. If he isn’t willing to sell it for that amount but wants $5000 for it, our two wills don’t match and we don’t have consent.
There is no “forcing of will on one another”. Just no consent.
(If I then decide to steal the car, I am a thief, even when I leave behind an envelope with the $1000

I judge them on the basis of the harm to others involved and their consent. Really, this shouldn’t be hard.

Consent, idiot, means a mutual thing. If there is no mutual agreement, then there is a perpetrator and a victim. When there is a mutual agreement, then there are no victims and no perpetrators.
We make the judgment on the basis of mutual consent. If I agree that my neighbor can use my lawnmower when he needs to, he is not stealing it when he takes it.

Resistance to someone attempting to force their will upon you is by default not equivalent forcing your will upon another. This isn't physics; a reaction is not equivalent to the action that causes it.
