WTF is that? A black man with a college degree has the job prospects of a white man with a high school diploma and a felony. Studies have actually confirmed this. The average black person is 50% more likely to be turned down for a job with an identical resume to a white person with the same prerequisites who applies for the same job. Often when you see black people in higher-paying jobs they're often OVER-qualified for the job.
"affirmative action"
The majority of Affirmative Action hires are white women. Ironically AA helps white people more than any other group since most white women, of course, are income-earners for white households and AA helping them get jobs helps those white households. Besides:
1) Affirmative Action is applied to a very small number of jobs in the workforce. It's mostly applied to a fraction of government jobs (which is part of why there are more minorities per capita in govt jobs). It's applied to a vastly smaller fraction of private sector jobs.
2) Even if AA was used to employ every last unemployed black person in America it would only displace 2% of white men in the workforce at most.

Most black men don't have white wives. Only about 8% of black men are in an interracial relationship according to the US Census.
Also, there are more White male/Asian female couples than there are Black male/White female couples. Why aren't white conservatives disavowing those?
