The funny thing is if we did evolved over millions of years wouldn't there be millions of fossils of sub spices not just one in a cave here and one in cave there.Like wouldn't we take care of our dead and place them in graveyards or tombs long before we became this last form of humanoid. TRUTH is that what they discover in a cave is probably a deformed human or ape and or the scattered bones of some bear or other predator last couple of meals and over time and with a will to prove that everything you learned and worked for is not a LIE you put two maybe three skeletal remains together and make one.SDG

Silencing intelligent design? You can't be serious? It's a fantastic tool that shows the inadequacy of religious thinking and the weakness of the religious mind. It demonstrates the dangers of delusion and gullibility. And funny? Absolutely. I picture a poorly educated numpty strugging through a sucking, swampy terrain of viscous drool with dribble glooping down his chin from his slackly hanging jaw. An ancient tome reveals its mouldy covering where it protrudes from the numpties pocket and a symbol representing a once common method of execution hangs round the neck.

The numpties knuckles are as invisible as God as they search out solid ground beneath the flood of drool. His arms are like stabilizers on a kiddie's bike as his scraping knuckles seek a solid surface with which to steady the lolling, empty head and the lumbering body. It is searching for scientific tools with which to denigrate science, struggling to reach higher ground and the computer that resides there. Once there, the numpty will praise its local brand of superstitious nonsense and dismiss science, and then it will scientifically transmit its drivel to Yahoo answers. All the while dreaming of a paradise where God's throne room contains the most efficient underknuckle drainage system ever devised.

You have absolutely NO understanding of paleontology whatsoever. Do you honestly think that trained professionals are stupid enough that ALL of them mistake a deformed human or a bear's meal for a fossil? Granted, some mistakes and frauds have been made in the past by INDIVIDUALS, but once others got their hands on them these mistakes and frauds were debunked BY OTHER SCIENTISTS.

If Free Speech is everyone's right, why silence spammers?

Basically the same question, with the same answer: spammers have the right to free speech, but we don't have the duty to waste our time listening to them once they've proven that they have nothing fruitful to contribute.

The world pretty much decided ID movement's ideas don't hold water, while the theory of evolution does. Hence, people don't want to listen to ID folks. Quit being unreasonable.

That's funny - scientists generally don't have fear that the theories they support might collapse. That's because they will only collapse if something that explains the data better will take its place, so there's nothing to be worried about - no matter what happens, we win. People don't support the theory of evolution out of some sacred duty; they support it because it explains the observations.

So you're saying because the remains of organisms get destroyed, the theory of evolution is false? Oh, wait, you're saying because the remains of organisms get destroyed due to the personal neglect of the organisms in questions, the theory of evolution is false?

Here's a free hint: Organic matter tends to decompose. I won't point out why, because a detailed explanation might make you look too silly.

Additionally, in answer to the original question:

Science is not subjective. Science lessons are not supposed to be opinion based. If one theory is by far the most well supported by evidence, then that theory is the one which will (and should) be taught. When evidence for ID makes that the most viable theory of human existence, then that should be taught as a science.

Until then, ID should be a Religious Studies topic, and prefaced by 'some people believe that...'

I suppose that once philosophy becomes an option (it isn't taught before at least 16 years old at most UK institutions) then creationism also has a place in philosophy, but using ID as anything other than a 'What started evolution?' topic is likely to get you laughed out of a class.

And the answer to why you ask that question is DENIAL. Of the fact that, since 2005, when in the case of Kitzmiller vs. Dover Judge John E. Jones III declared in his finding for the plaintiffs, that as 'Intelligent Design' (and thus Creationism) was promoted (in the testimony by Creationists such as Michael Behe) in at best a slapdash way, and at worst made their case a complete laughingstock, he had no choice but to acknowledge the credibility of the evidence for Evolution. Thus, by the precedent set in this case, the teaching of 'I.D.' (and therefore Creationism) in all accredited educational establishments in the US is now illegal and unconstitutional.

The so-called 'truth' of 'I.D.' has been proven to be lies. Ergo, Evolution is fact. QED.

The law says so.

PROTIP: Judge John E. Jones III is a Conservative Christian. He was pesonally appointed to the Federal bench by president George Dumbya Bush - who is a Conservative Christian who believes in Creationism. George Dumbya Bush was voted in - twice - by you & your Conservative Christian ilk, soli deo gloria.

So, not only was the educational agenda of the Religious Right ultimately destroyed by you of the Religious Right, your lack of foresight (blinded by your own 'Faith') ensured that your own beliefs ('I.D.') were ultimately proven wrong by YOU.

Post-2005, it is in the US. Kitzmiller vs. Dover ensures that 'I.D.' can only be taught in Religious Education/Comparative Religions classes. Anywhere else (certainly in science classes) it's illegal and unconstitutional. Forced Atheism. Good. And (as proved above), it's all the fundies' own fault.

Fossilization is a rare thing, very few beings and plants become fossils after they die. The fact that we have as many fossils as we do, is yet another evidence for an Old World.

Many of the hominids seems to have taken care of their dead. The Neanderthals certainly did, and the Cro-Magnons, probably some of the different hominids before them did too.

You can't put skeletal remains from different species together, they won't fit. It has been tried several times by con artists and hack scientists, but the forgery is sooner or later spotted by real scientists.

Do you condone the teachings of Islam in your school, gloria? I don't think so. Is that due to FEAR, that everything you've learned is wrong?
No, it's because you don't want what you perceive as falsehoods taught, right? We feel just the same way.

Kitzmiller vs. Dover in 2005, the final nail in the coffin of Creationism, was presided over - and decided - by Judge John E. Jones III. A Conservative Christian. He was personally appointed to the Federal bench in 2002 by George Dumbya Bush. A Conservative Christian who believes in Creationism. Dumbya was voted into the White House - twice - by Repubicans, Teabaggers, Neocons, the Religious Right et al; and no doubt by you, soli deo gloria. Conservative Christians who believe in Creationism. Therefore the question should indeed be asked, certainly by yourselves:

Why are you wanting to not just silence, but annihilate 'Intelligent Design'?

Well, post-Kitzmiller vs. Dover, if Creationists want to make complete tits of themselves - despite the ruling (thus the precedent set, therefore the implications of such in Constitutional law) by Conservative Christian Judge John E. Jones III* - then let them throw their money away.

But only if it's their own money; no 'fundraising'/funding/support by other parties allowed.
