Know what baffles me? Most gay men loathe women on any number of levels. I mean “Bleeder” is a pretty common derogatory term in their ‘culture’. They consider their own ‘orafi’ a superior replacement for a female.
So why is it that women are their biggest supporters? It’s like battered wife syndrome without a marraige.

Because I, like so many other women before me and since discovered pretty quickly that gay men make awesome best friends. Why is it always only about sex with you people?

No kind of "Divide And Conquer" will bring the straight supporters of LGBT rights over to your side. These attempts are just pathetic.
I _think_ he means Breeder --- y'know the derogatory term that reduces heterosexual relationships to what they do between the sheets the same way that homophobes seem to want to ignore _every_ aspect of gay relationships other than anal sex (and ignore lesbians entirely for some reason).

And we have colorful names and stereotypes of gays, too. As long as there's no hate behind them, people tend to get along and forgive a little name-calling, even if it comes from ignorance. What you don't get is that it isn't the fact that you call gay people names that makes them not like you, it's the fact that you do it out of hate and/or contempt. It's the same reason some white people can tell black jokes in front of their black friends or some men can make a "make me a sammich" joke to a woman. It's obvious that most gays don't hate women. Those who do probably don't have a lot of women being friends with them and supporting them.
You cannot paint everyone with the same brush, especially the rainbow coalition.
Some gays are disgusted by females, some straight guys are to or despise women except for their bodies.
In general women are friendly mainly with that girly-type gay who just has more in common with them then straight guys.
