I dont want to see a Godless human holding political office in this country either... Unfortunately, they already do hold the highest offices concievable. Along with satanists.

President of the Microsoft Corporation? Head of the Illuminati? Pope?
Please, tell us what this mysterious highest offices are...
There is exactly ONE professed atheist in Congress, and he happened to mention his atheism only after he was in office; I give him long odds against being re-elected, just because of his lack of religion. In my state, a professed atheist can't get elected to the position of dog catcher.
Except for him, to the best of my knowledge, EVERY politician of high office is a person of faith (at least publicly), and nearly every one claims to be Christian -- many of them quite explicitly so. Our current president has been one of the most shameless in this practice.
So kindly tell us what "highest offices conceivable" are currently occupied by "godless people" and satanists. That doesn't sound like this country at all to me.

The actual problem, of course, is the reverse. Too many dumb godbotherers in high office, not enough principled, honorable, and intelligent men.

Is there some sort of monthly magazine that lists these people or what?
"Along with satanists."
Name one, know-it-all.
Wait... what? I was under the impression it was almost impossible for atheists and other non-Christians to be elected and get to "highest offices concievable[sic]" in the United States.
Wanna know the saddest part? One time, long ago, candidates used to use how smart and forward thinking they were as selling points. These days they have to argue who spends the most time on their knees talking to their imaginary friend. And people GENUINELY think this is a good thing (and they will deny what I have said about old candidates using their progressiveness as a good thing)
Confused?
