The only way to encourage eugenic breeding for the lower races is not to give everyone money so that they can live comfortably, but to give such incentives in exchange for sterilization. It seems to me the most humane action we can, and should, take so that in some number of generations lower ability races can reach the white mean in things like IQ, ability, conscientiousness etc. As Greg Cochran said, eugenics is not only possible, but trivial. I would like to further add that eugenics isnot only all that, but it is necessary and our moral prerogative. There is nothing “racist” or “classist” about it, this is just common sense.
