I have Logic-personified living inside of me; and I'm telling you from first-hand experience, He enters through the heart.
[Again, what do you mean by heart? Do you mean the brain?]
No, sir, I mean the heart - that cardiac muscle that some think only pumps blood. God, who created us, says it also thinks.

"I have Logic-personified living inside of me;"
You have done an excellent job of hiding that in your previous posts.
"and I'm telling you from first-hand experience, He enters through the heart."
[Again, what do you mean by heart? Do you mean the brain?]
Indeed, no ideas enter through the heart. Maybe heartworms, but not ideas.
"No, sir, I mean the heart - that cardiac muscle that some think only pumps blood."
That cardiac muscle that all bright, educated person know is only a blood pump.
"God, who created us, says it also thinks."
As God is a fictional character, he did not create us or anything else. That the Bible implies that thoughts may come from the heart is irrelevant as the Bible is nearly worthless as an information source.
Many ancient cultures, including the Egyptians, Babylonians, all the way up to the Greeks, believed that thought was processed in the heart. Now, they didn't know; they didn't completely understand anatomy like we do today.
Why, yes, I have taken a course on the Philosophy of Mind. How'd you guess?
He's almost right. His stance is consistent with the bible he adores. The bible does indeed say that in at least 10 places, and practically every time (500+) the heart is mentioned it's in relation to thinking or character.
Does someone with an account there want to point out to him that, that same bible mentions that emotions occur in the kidneys?
(and maybe even point out that the people who created the bible and created God thought and said that, not the other way around)
[Remix: No the authors of the bible and the ancient Hebrews genuinely believed that. Particularly when you examine the 'symbolism' of emotions occurring in the kidneys]

Oh. Good. Grief.
Medical science has advanced a long way in the last 2,000 years -- for a long time at just a crawl, then finally lately at amazing speed. We have identified the circulatory system and other systems in the body from each other, tagged countless chemicals and their functions, and even created artificial hearts (which are NOT the same thing as artificial intelligence).
And AV1611VET seems to have missed every last bit of it. I'll bet he's even miffed that the local pharmacist refuses to stock leeches.
And he has the stupendous arrogance to say "I have Logic-personified living inside of me"? Jeez, the only acquaintance he has with logic is the ability to spell the word. That's it.

I've read the Bible, and I'm pretty sure God didn't say that.
Then again, I'm pretty sure that Jesus said "love thy neighbour", not "please treat your fellow man like crap" ...
Do you think he perhaps means he has Logos personified living inside him?
Not that it makes any more sense that way. One can only hope that with his inability to work out which body part does what, he never works out how to breed...
Sometimes I think AV may be the most wilfully ignorant person on the planet.
Still, maybe one day he'll have a change of heart.
Confused?
