Really. Do tell...how many of them were male on male? I'm willing to wager that the far, FAR majority is male on female. Not to mention, is it unthinkable that maybe...just maybe it's that they're cracking down on the stigma against reporting sexual assault and that it's REPORTED incidents that are on the rise?

Only someone devoid of commonsense can't see those problems get worse when members of the military that have sexual attractions to other members are allowed to live and shower with one another.
Funny, I seem to recall it working rather well with the Romans. Not to mention, the same was said about women serving in the military, and aside from the old boys club thinking they're their own fucktoys, they seem to be doing pretty well.
