Vagina muscles and female pleasure for the win.

Before the fall, all of Eve's pain receptors in the vagina were pleasure receptors.
The woman experienced not only the phenomenon of "premature" orgasm that NORMAL males are plagued with, but to a higher degree and with perpetuity.
In this fashion, Eden-istic sexual intercourse consisted of the male entering the female, followed by immediate or almost immediate orgasm by the female, resulting in vaginal contractions that "milk" the penis, which is almost also near orgasm, to completion. Any "in and out" activity by the male maintains and compounds the pleasure received by the female, beyond her ability to cope. The natural response is to escape (the way tickling is averted) and the only reason the man is superior in strength and aggression is so that he can hold the female in a state of ecstasy that she cannot otherwise achieve.

Initial sexual intercourse for the woman (pain of losing virginity) would have been
unbearably pleasurable in Eden. And childbirth would have been an over the top joyous occasion. Babies would have laughed with their first breath instead of crying. The body does not age, and the vagina is returned to it's pre-child birth state each time.

This will be restored in paradise, and everyone goes there, one way or another.
So get ready ladies. First, death to self on behalf of brotherly love of others must occur in the core of the heart and the works of the hands.
This is how religion, particularly modern christianity is not able to reach you.

Eve caused the pleasure/pain switch to be flipped temporarily for all women.
This is so that she could no longer receive the reward of sex while she continued to barter with it for power over the male, corrupting true equality.
The result is that now the man must "toil in the earth" for it to bring forth the woman's orgasm. And most of the time, it doesn't, and the result is her dissatisfaction, "thorns and thistles". Of course this imagery also pertains to things like understanding the story, and dealing with life in general.
Circumcision was God's "equalizer". By desensitizing the male, he can work until the woman is satisfied. As a result, she returns more often for sex, and the father of a great multitude is made.
