Actually, I do believe many different sexual behaviours are inborn. Doesn't mean the ones that actually harm others should be permitted because, you know, they harm others. (BOCTAOE: Safe BDSM, certain sexual acts that can be painful but a willing partner will let you do it, etc. You know, informed, mature, consent.)
What part of Consenting adults are these guys missing? Besides, unlike homosexuals, pedophiles have normal sex with adults. And of the heterosexual variety, for that matter

Who said they weren't (besides you)? It's not a question of whether an urge is inborn. It's a question of whether acting upon an urge would violate the rights of another. Children are entitled to a right to special protections under the law due to their incomplete development. Corpses have certain rights derived from their former personhood. Homosexual sex would only be a violation of another's rights if said sex occurred during a rape. The fact that this question is "age old" for you merely showcases your inability to grasp even the simplest of concepts no matter how many decades you spend on the task (not that anyone would be so foolish as to assume you've ever spent any amount of time attempting to learn anything).

Actually the science of it is that Homosexuality, like most sexual preferences is inborn.
Most animal species who's sexuality has been observed for any length of time have been observed to have homosexual and bisexual members. Though it should be noted that bisexuality is a complex topic (the reality is, almost every living creature is some shade of bisexual, though its normally close to either end of the gay straight spectrum).
Even if homosexuality wasn't inborn, it certainly is natural for some members of our species to be homosexual. As we are intelligent enough to have a theory of mind (for fundies out there, this is the realization that other creatures have consciousness), ethics compels us to keep sex within the realm of consent. Homosexuality does not break consent. Pedophilia, necrophilia, and bestiality all break consent and as such are ethically wrong.
You weren't born with beliefs, knuckle-dragger. Such complicated cognition (forming a belief) cannot happen until the brain develops to a certain point (see Lifespan Development/Physiology).

Informed consent is the Velcro on the slippery slope. Since there is a differential in consent between adults and children, pædophilia cannot follow this train of logic.
