As far as I am concerned if an answer to a question isn't in the bible, then the you have no business asking the question.

That's a little, uh, that's a little narrow. I mean, if I ask, "What's your name?" it's probably not directly answered in the bible. Let alone something like "Where am I?" and "Why am I surrounded by men in dark cloaks wielding guns?" Those are questions you might wanna ask. And, they're not in the Bible. Unless there's something I'm missing about it.
Well, fortunately for you, spreadingtheword, no one is going to ask you for answers. I think you said that just to cover up the fact that you don't know anything.
What a maroon.
Is abortion wrong? Oh, wait, that's not in the Bible, so don't talk about it. All the fundie protesters can go home now.
Self contradiction:
The answer to the question, "which questions do we have any business asking?" is not in the Bible. Therefore, you have no business asking the question, "which questions do we have any business asking?"!
So, inquiry is wrong if your ancient fairy tales don't supply an answer? Any question that couldn't be answered thousands of years ago is a forbidden topic? No wonder you're so ignorant.
When you approach someone's door, are you allowed to ask yourself "Should I knock or ring the bell?" To which Bible verse do you refer? What Bible verse answers your questions about shoe color? Contact lenses or glasses? Two-door or 4-door car? Where's the lowest price on gas? Are you an idiot or an asshat?

<< What a moron. I think this quote from the thread is the best:
"And we will continue to do so for the good of mankind.
Today religious zealots are called the Religous Right. Well when your right your right and we are righteous! I love being called religous right. And what you liberals call the dark ages is actually the time of enlightenment."
The Dark Ages were a time of enlightenment? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA >>
Kat, the so-called "Dark Ages" actually WERE a time of enlightenment -- for the Irish. But as Christianity took hold there, it gradually brought that bastion of intellectual liberalism down to the same level of tyrannical repression enjoyed by the rest of the Christian world.
As for the original post, if this poster wants to be a walking flatliner, that's fine with me. Just don't expect that from the rest of us.

Oh wait I have one...How does electricity work? I mean, you are using a computer which relies on electricity. Surely knowing the answer is of value. I've checked the Bible and nope, electricity isn't mentioned. How do we reconcile this?
So, If I need help to do my tax income, aren´t you going to help me because of that?, good-for-nothing of the year.
This person must have done terribly in school.
If one train leaves from Boston at 2:00...?
Answer: Not in the Bible, doesn't matter.
What battle occured in 1066, and who faught in it?
Answer: Not in the Bible, doesn't matter.
How does one survive?
Bible: ...

Fuck you!
Then I suggest you trade in every piece of technological advancement you have ever used ... such as your computer, "interweb", phone, anything made of refined metal (gold, silver, steel, your car, aluminum) and everything not specifically described in your silly book ...
AND THROW IT AWAY! and dont use anything produced with it either.
Then when you are starving to death in your little third world reality and come begging me for food I can do what christians do with their "charity" and tell you that you have to repent your religious ways!
Truck Driver: Sir, do you know where the nearest gas station is?
spreadingtheword: Sorry, that has nothing to do with the Bible. Please leave me alone.
Truck Driver: -_-
Confused?
