Actually, darwinists like miller are the ones who lied at the trial, such as by saying that 'evolution can be proven wrong.' darwinists will never accept evolution as wrong because when irrefutable evidence that proves it wrong, like soft tissue in t-rex, comes out, they just tell more lies about it to say pretend evolution is true.
It "CAN BE" and "IT HAS BEEN" are two separate things. It can be disproven. It has clear parameters which, if they are to be breached, would disprove evolution. Creationism cannot be disproven. Why does the Geological column not show this massive flood? God made it so, to test us. How can the flood have occurred, when there's not nearly enough water? God whooshed it to Mars, that's why there's ice there. How did Adam and Eve's children, and their children not suffer massive inbreeding? God made their DNA perfect, and the cumulative effect of the fall had not taken it's toll yet. When the lynchpin of your argument is the supernatural, it is not falsifiable, and thus, not scientific.

And darwinists lied in court such as at the Scopes trial to use that fraud to 'prove' that evolution is true.
Again, insofar as science revealed it as a hoax, and it didn't weather the test that the theory itself has. If a handful of liars demolishes the entire theory, Creationism, and Christianity itself are both LONG dead.

Second, the archaeopteryx existed, and clearly links the dinosaurs to modern birds. Third your appendixis vestigial, and is another one of your "lies." The only purpose it serves is to potentially get infected, and put you in serious danger for septic shock...not a very good example of "Intelligent Design," is it?
