Jews are not just people who belong to a religion. There a millions of agnostic and atheist Jews in the world; that doesn't make them one whit less Jewish. Jews are an ethnic group, a people, beside the religion. That's why there are such things as Jewish music, Jewish art, Jewish folklore and Jewish literature which have little or nothing to do with Judaism.
There are also Jewish languages. Not ones just used for prayer and religious services, but ones used by Jews all day every day. One of those languages is Yiddish, the traditional language of many Ashkenazi Jews, whether or not they are religious or, indeed, no matter what religion they belong to. "Oy vey," "goyim" and "schmuck" are all Yiddish words. The sentence, as it stands, is meaningless, both in English and in Yiddish. However, it uses Yiddish words, which it is plain NeoMatrix does not understand, to make fun of a group, not because of its religion, but because of the ethnicity of its members. That is why it is racist. For the same reason, you can make all the fun of the Atlah Worldwide Church and its bigotry that you like, but once you start mocking it because its members are black, you are being racist.
Dumb and hurtful things that people of a particular religion or country or interest group say does not give anyone permission to attack their ethnic origin. Be critical of Judaism or Israel all you want, but that does not give you permission to be anti-Semitic and post the kind of faux-Yiddish you see on Stormfront, just as criticism of Islam or Saudi Arabia does not give you permission to talk of "dirty A-rabs" or "towel heads," without being challenged for being a racist.
I hope that helps.
