Exactly right. The onset of puberty is when people are ready to have sex and are ready to have children. When puberty starts it's natures way of saying that the body is ready for sex and that the body is ready and able to start reproducing and bearing children.?

The normal ages for people to start puberty are 10 11 and 12. Those are the ages nature has decided that people are ready to have sex and are ready to have children.?
