The science journal "Nature" has endorsed Hussein Obama for President. More evidence that the so called "scientists" are just part of the liberal Hollywood media elite.

HAH!
My "new" representative according to the polls at the moment is Duncan Hunter Jr., who is taking over for his father (monarchy FTW, I s'pose). This man actually referred to "Hollywood scientists" when asked about global warming.
Your country just endorsed him as well, fuckstick. That's one for the history books.
If you're found swinging from a rope in the morning, it's virtually certain nobody will remember and even fewer will care.
Obama won. More evidence that the USA is just part of the liberal Hollywood media elite.
Or, y'know, the other way around.
Ooh, does that mean that, after I get my PhD, I get to rub elbows with Hollywood stars? Back off, bitches, Antonio Banderas is _mine_!
So, let me see if I've got this straight:
Hollywood --> Science --> President
Just trying to confirm your thought processes (if any) here.

Although Prof. Stephen Hawking appeared in an episode of "Star Trek: The Next Generation", I doubt that counts as him being 'part' of Hollywood. When he starts appearing in action films or sitcoms in the US, or even directing such on a regular basis then maybe you'll be right.
And to my knowledge, Richard Dawkins votes Labour, and not for the Liberal Democrats. And although he's made a few TV documentaries, they were for BRITISH TV production companies. So how can he be a 'liberal' (never mind 'Hollywood') scientist? So much for the right-wing American fundy mindset (who know NOTHING of outside their own borders). So educationally inferior.
Then explain Junior Johnson's endorsement, asshole.

This is about as good an answer to the "Why Obama?" question as any, I think. On one side, we had the editors of Nature magazine, a NASCAR legend, Martha Stewart, Warren Buffett, and Colin Powell--you know, all those flaming liberal radicals. On the other, we had the likes of...the folks at Conservapedia.
Maybe because he was science friendly and not a condemer of the sciences like the previous administration?
Oh, here's a point by the way. W Bush upheld fundamentalist distrust of science during both terms, denying any belief in evolution theory, but shortly out of office in a rare interview outside of office he said he believed in evolution theory.
Hows that hopey, changy thing working for you fucking used idiots? To be fair though, we don't want stupid losers like W on our side anyway, you voted for him, you own him, he's that special breed of liar you people just can't get enough of.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
