If this lying obnoxious specimen had actually left islam, she wouldn’t just be getting a 13-year ‘life’ vacation in one of Her Majesty’s hotels, she’d be under threat of a death sentence from her chums from the ‘Religion of Peace’.

We all know that. In any case we also know that islam is like malaria – once you’ve got the virus, you never shift it, especially for those born with it. Total elimination is the cost-effective answer for this kind of demographic environmental hazard, and permanent deportation to suitable habitat is the next best option.

As someone who wants the preserve the right to criticize religion and gets pissed off when people on the left conflate criticism of an ideology with criticism of a people (you criticize the religion therefore you must be a racist), I also hate it when people on the right do it in the opposite direction, like this racist (you are a racist therefore you decide to criticize the religion).

One of the sure signs you are dealing with a racist who only pretends to care about the religion is when they throw around this ridiculous idea that a religion is inherited biologically rather than being something that has to be taught to the child for the child to take it on. The moment you pretend that people can be born with a religion, your real objection is "Oh Noes! These people have dark skin and speak in a language I don't understand therefore they are scary!!" rather than anything abut the actual religion itself. You're also condemning those people unfortunate enough to happen to be born in an area where they will be persecuted if they come forward and admit that they do not believe the majority religion. These are the very people who's cause you should be celebrating if your actual concern was the religion like you claim it is. You should be on these peoples' side if you cared about secularism like you claim to.

Total elimination, of what? Of Islam, of Muslims?
You do know that there are around 1,8 billion people who are Muslims, right?
How are you going to totally eliminate them all, cost-effectively?

Permanent deportation to where? If the US could bully its Saudi buddy into taking a bit of responsibility for refugees in the Middle East, there would probably be fewer Muslims coming to Europe and the US.

If the wrong people got wind of that "lying obnoxious specimen" and suspected that she wanted to leave or had left Islam, she'd probably be under threat of a death sentence, not from her chums, but from her enemies.
But, leaving certain Christian sects, Mormons or $cientology, will lead to total ostracism from friends and family members within the sect/church.
