Well, at least he admits that homosexuality has been present within humanity from the start, I guess that's something. Appeal to tradition is still a fallacy, though.

Funny how my part of the world (Europe) HAS mostly accepted it for some time now. And without the utter decline of society at that. In fact, most people hardly notice the difference. You could learn a thing or two if you'd bother to look further then your little part of the world you know...

So you'd be fine with the way some of the ancient Greek civilisations did things, where a man would marry a woman for love and procreation but also have a boy for mere sexual pleasure with whom, presumably, you'd do all the really kinky stuff?
So Canada, the UK, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium aren't part of the world?

What does it matter? Lots and lots and lots of heterosexual people over here never marry, they just live together permanently, have kids and grow old together. Homosexual couples are free to do the same. (The are free to marry too, if they want, as we HAVE accepted it.)
Modern day English has not been around for 5000 years, btw.
You ought to do a deeper study of the greek civlization, you might be surprized about their acceptance of gays.
