God forgives liars. God hates homosexuals. If it prevents people from becoming homosexual, or criminalizes the act, then yes. Whatever it takes to get these people to see God.

So, God is a sort of Machiavel?, thanks for punctualising that fact. And well, why shouldn't God forgive liars but not homosexuals?, and now God's love is conditional?, God loves the sinner hates the sin, yes, no?. Moreover, if it's so bad, why would you need a lie to make it criminal?, to my knowledge, nobody needs to lie to criminalise(the irony!!!)lying in a court.
Let's see, lying goes against the Ten Commandments, homosexuality does not. God will forgive lying even though he commands you not to, but he won't forgive homosexuality?

One again we have the selectivity of personal prejudice coming through as we go down the list of 'abominations'. It's ok to eat shellfish... it's ok to wear clothes of mixed threads... it's ok to get your hair cut... But homosexuality? No Way! They're our pet scapegoats. They are responsible for Sodom and Gomorrah, Katrina, WWi & II and for plague and poisoning the water, for child sacrifice, witchcraft and devil worship....

So what are we learning? The ignorant have a need to externalise - to project - their internal anxiety about their own adequacy/inadequacy in the sexual and social fields by means of the scapegoat. Jews no longer are acceptable scapegoats - Israel has The Bomb, remember! So hoe-moe sexuals will do. Fear, death and sex are psychologically inextricably linked. So let's get the homos instead. Everybody hates homos, so nobody'll mind if we kill another few Matthew Sheppards. Hell, it's socially acceptable and respectable to hate the gays, isn't it?
And nobody will ever call us out on being selective about our abominations beacause they are all abominating the same as the rest of us, except the the homosexual abomination.

He also hates people who eat shrimp (Lev. 11:10), short-change the collection plate (Acts 5:1-10) or make fun of a bald guy (2 Kings 2:23-24). God really hates the latter. Gays only "shall be put to death". If you make fun of a bald person, God has she-bears tear you to shreds.
Fundies are judgmental bigots. They've already decided beforehand what they don't like. Then they cherry-pick the Bible for the parts that agree them. That way, they can pretend God agrees with their bigotry and bolster their pecksniffing holier-than-thou opinions of themselves.
You are a big time liar, GYPPER, cause it seems to me like the opposite is true. One of GOD'S COMMANDMENTS (#9) is "THOU SHALL NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS"! I have yet to see a COMMANDMENT that says "Thou shall not be HOMOSEXUAL"! In short putting words in God's mouth sounds like a pretty big deal to me. You better pray for forgiveness for lying and bearing false witness in God's name.
With all the things going on in the world, isn't it wonderful that fundies can narrow their vision and concentrate on teh gheys, teh satanic music and teh ebil science?
This must be the Old Testament 2.0, where the commandment says, "Thou shalt not bear false witness unless it is to smear homosexuals, then yea, thou shalt lie out thine ass for the glory of the Lawd, since truth does not serve thy bigotted hatred."
Wait, wasn't God supposed to be an all loving being?, and weren't all the sins equal to others?. Make up your mind, please.
