As an actual chilean, let me tell you: nothing in the history of the US is nearly simmilar to the situation of Chile during Allende's goverment and the militar regime. The whole issue is not nearly as settled as most people from outside the country think, and a lot of falsehoods have been piled on both sides of the conflict.

We are ugly and vicious but you are the one that wants to "purge". That is about as logical as your other political positions.
You see, us "liberals" would be happy to sit down and discuss our positions reasonably but of course you can't do that because your positions aren't based on reason to begin with. So, instead, you like to do things like "purge" and have "ethnic cleansings" or "final solutions".
