Go to the nearest library yourself, you lazy fuckwad. Actually, if you're too lazy for that, you can probably look up the records on the government's site. If you're too lazy for THAT, then your caretaker really ought to take away your Internet privileges.
Not every law is encoded in the constitution, as you know very well. You just keep waiting over there, then, while the rest of the world passes you by.

The Supreme Court interprets the Constitution and has the authority to declare and render any federal, state or local enactment null if the Justices decide by majority it is patently unconstitutional or abrogates the rights of any U.S. citizen as granted under the Constitution. This includes state constitutions. Such decisions are not laws per se, and do not appear in the U.S. Code. They are rulings and legal precedents. However, when the Supreme Court makes a ruling, it has the force of federal law, because it will affect outcomes in lower federal courts throughout the nation and all U.S. territories and protectorates. No additional constitutional amendment is required for equal rights under the law. My late father was an attorney and I grew up hearing this stuff. None of it is new information. There is scant difference between something that is explicitly legal and something that cannot be made illegal.
