"Homeschool doesn't have this problem. Oh, but mothers have to be home to do something like that and it is hard to be happy without our independence and American dream of materialism. What could possibly be more important than the precious minds God has given us through family. Please Christians do not be deceived, families cannnot have 2 incomes and send there kids to "pagan" school and expect godly results. Don't be duped by the culture."

There are no pagan schools that I know of, except for Ardantane, which is a pagan seminary and therefore does not admit children.
And frankly, if my business idea pans out, I'll be earning enough that my future hubby can afford to stay home with the kids. Considering that my current prospect is studying to become a high-school teacher, I may just end up a female breadwinner! :D

Godly results not,
but expect your kids to be better educated than homeschooled kids of christian fundamentalist parents ;)
"and expect godly results"
Why would you even want that anyway?
But if your child's stupidity is that important to you, and both parents are working, send them to a private school. Geez. You'd have the money, right?
Homeschool doesn't have this problem. Oh, but mothers have to be home to do something like that and it is hard to be happy without our independence and American dream of materialism.
Shouldn't the fundie woman be doing the housework barefoot and pregnant while the fundie man does the important work of teaching?
I'm sure I read something in some fundie book once about women not being fit to teach.
American dream of materialism? You mean, having sufficient amounts of money to provide your family with the bare essentials, and maybe have a little bit left over to put yourself in a better position, lest something catastrophic happen to your source of income, is now some sort of petty striving that should be condemned? You guys really just want to let people kill themselves, don't you?
"Pagan school"??? Gee, why is it that the fundies live in all the areas with all the neat sounding schools?PS I don't give a rat's ass about the school teaching your kid to be "Godly" at the expense of my kid's education, teaching your child religion is your church's job.

I have to say I agree with this statement, I wouldn't want some godless liberal flipping my burgers or sweeping the roads....
"Precious minds"?!
Creepy!
BRRRAAAIIIINNNNNSSSSS
I want to be one of those librul "pagan" HE teachers. Shall I apply teach you to spell, punctuate and write correctly? Actually, no. I'd rather apply my clue-by-four to your thick skull, you stupid misogynist.

Oh, bollocks. You just don't want to have to do any of the grunt work of childrearing. You just want the Kodak moments. You're basically saying: "Fuck off kid. I don't want to know you until you're doing things I approve of and can claim credit for."
I don't see anything wrong with a home oriented around a single wage-earner (my parents did it, though I turned into a filthy godless liberal), or even with homeschooling, but it only works if it involves an actual education and not just an endless string of "god did it".
Confused?
