I can understand that fundies aren´t used to have gay marriage sanctioned by the state.
Considering all the things which were punishable to death according to the bible (especially the old testimony) I can understand that the fundamentalists think that we´re living in the end times (and makes me glad that I don´t live in a state that is ruled according to "gods laws" ;) )
I assume a state ruled by christian fundamentalists according to gds laws in the OT wuld commit greater atrocities than the third Reich did (ith gays, magicans/wiccans/fortune tellers and also atheists and believers of other religions being put to death [as well as female rape victims if the rape took place within a city])

There is no need to cure homosexuality just as there is no need to cure heterosexuality. It's not sick, or a kink in the brain. Why is same sex marriage bother you? It's not going to interfere with you marriage, nor anyone else's.

I really need to understand this. What is it about a fundie mindset that makes it "automatic" to go from sex between two consenting adult human beings to sex with animals? Because, I don't know any non-fundies who would even consider that concept.
