(Why don't you fund artificial womb research and? end all abortions AND unwanted pregnancies?)
better yet research propper sex ed and teaching people to Keep it in their pants.
Oh wait that goes against the Choicism religion that worships sex and death.]
Ever wonder why teen pregnancy rates sky rocketed after roe v wade??? Take a wild guess.
Or better yet reread my previous posts and see the truth, abortion IS unconstitutional? thus, illegal. roe v wade is a sham. The judges that passed were/are traitors to the US.

"abortion IS unconstitutional"?!?
How so? I'm guessing the whole "no one will be deprived of life, etc. without due process of law" bit?
The Constitution sets out what the government may and may not do. It sets out the powers and limits of the Federal government, and the State governments.
Unless the Federal or State governments are conducting or ordering abortions, the Constitution doesn't really apply.
Yeah, you show those constitutional scholars, with their fancy-schmancy edumacation and degrees! They say Roe v. Wade is constitutional but clearly it's not because some nobody with a video on You Tube says so!
By the way, "the U.S. teenage pregnancy rate was at a high in the 1950s and has decreased since then ..." Look it up, genius.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teenage_pregnancy
Please, at least try to get the facts straight.
Teen pregnancy rates peaked in the late fifties, declined until the early nineties when there was a small increase, declined again, and started up again when abstinence-only sex ed became the norm.
The rates still aren't anywhere near what they were in the late fifties.
It has been my experience that Fundies dont know shit about the constitution. When they usually say that something is unconstitutional, it really means they dont agree with it, or that it is un-christian or un-biblical...nothing more.
In other words, its okay to laugh your ass off at them.
Teen pregnancy didn't skyrocket.
They just quit forcing the teens into marriage or sending the girls off to "visit their aunt".
And yes, proper sex education would reduce pregnancies. And by "proper" I don't mean deluding yourself into actually believing your daughter will stay a virgin until her wedding night.
Ever wonder why teen pregnancy rates sky rocketed after roe v wade??? Take a wild guess.
In fundie-land.
The most religious areas of the US have the highest amount of teen pregnancies. Says something about how effective abstinence is.
Of course, less religious countries with legal abortion have much less number of pregnant teens due to proper sex-ed and not the religious BS.
" abortion IS unconstitutional?"
Every time I see a comment liek this I want to find the poster, take a rolled up copy of the constitution and hit them on the nose with it going, "No! Bad!"
Seriously. The constitution is a fucking public document. At the least, idjits like thomasJS1 should NOT tell lecture people about a document he so clearly has not read himself.
So in other words, students should only learn abstinence and that the United States has officially chosen "Choicism" as its' religion instead of Christianity, the choice religion you want.
Teen pregnancy rates sky rocketing after roe vs. wade? Citation needed there.
I have seen however through statistics that teen pregnancy rose in areas where abstinence only was taught. Hmmmmm.
Like the post above please show me the amendment where abortions were originally unconstitutional. Otherwise again, citation needed here too.
I'd like to state up front that I am not a lawyer. That said, I've made a point of actually reading important Supreme Court decisions, especially when I don't necessarily agree with them. And not just the newspaper articles on them; the whole decision.
I consider Roe v. Wade to be one of the three Supreme Court decisions that should be required reading for all people who want to enter into any serious debate over the topics. Ironically, I don't believe it's possible to read the text of any of these three decisions and come out feeling that the Court erred in its judgment.
Here's a link to Roe v. Wade.
(If anyone cares, the other two decisions that I consider required reading are Texas v. Johnson, which ruled that a state law banning flag burning was unconstitutional, and Kelo v. City of New London, which ruled that state eminent domain laws can be used for the sole purpose of economic development.)
Hahahahahaha!
Oh man. It's only because of idiots like you that there is this whole teenage pregnancy problem. It doesn't matter what you do, people will have sex because it is one of the most basic, primal urges hard-wired into your brain. The smartest thing to do is to teach people how they can enjoy it without going through pregnancy, should the couple be unprepared for a child.
What the hell do buttheads like you have against contraceptives? The male produces millions of sex cells every day and most of them will die without ever being used. The same goes for the female egg that, although released at a rate of only one every month, will most likely die anyway.
Here in Australia, I along with all the other children my age, was introduced to sex education in primary school. Yes, we were immature little brats about it, but in the end I understood the reason and the necessity of it.
So stop being a backward idiot and at least learn to accept the fact that your "keep it in your pants" plan will never work.
Ever wonder why teen pregnancy rates sky rocketed after roe v wade??? Take a wild guess.
Teen pregnancy has been going down. You would see that if you watching anything besides fox news.
Or better yet reread my previous posts and see the truth, abortion IS unconstitutional? thus, illegal. roe v wade is a sham.
A woman's right to to make personal choices within the privacy of herself and her own doctor is unconstitutional?
From another comment by ThomasJS1:
"don't mind me, it's just been? nearly 2 years since my Daughter was aborted by my blood thirsty monster of an ex. If I was given the legal right to kill my childs murderer I'd have done it a million times over by now. guess why that's why I want a civil war, to extract justice on that harpy. "
What a lovely display of misogyny there. And "pro-life" my arse!
>> Ever wonder why teen pregnancy rates sky
>> rocketed after roe v wade
Nope. The _reported_ teen pregnancies went up because parents weren't able to lock the "evil wanton" daughters up in the attic until the "bastard child" could be extracted and sent off for anonymous adoption any more.
Lemme guess, did your mother try to abort you but failed, thus leaving you with only part of a brain?
Then again, this is Youtube...
@Tempus: Epic idea. :D

I agree. Women wouldn't end up seeking the abortions that fundies hate so much if they were allowed to know about and seek out a way to prevent pregnancy in the first place.
Of course, this is taking for granted that people who have hit puberty are going to have sex, whether the fundies like it or not. Trying to suppress sex is like trying to pin a wave onto the sand. It's a futile waste of a fight against at least a billion years of evolution .
Oh, but wait. That's right--you fundies don't believe in that evolution stuff. Well, there's your problem.

Grammar fail:
1) "propper" is misspelled
2) tense contradiction: "research" = implied future, "teaching" = active future
3) no need for capitalizing "keep"
Logic fail:
If you want to "keep it in your pants" that's fine. That's your choice. It is, however, not sex education.
Ever wonder why teen pregnancy rates sky rocketed after roe v wade??? Take a wild guess.
They didn't. They were increasing already. Then they declined. At least some of the decline is credited to newer long-term birth control drugs like Depo-Provera.
US teen pregnancy rates are among the highest in the world, and the main reason is lack of contraceptive use. In other countries, they tell teens not to have children until they're ready for children. The US is one of the only countries that tries to tell teens not to have sex until they're ready for children. Teens have sex just as much in the US as elsewhere; they just don't use birth control as much.
abortion IS unconstitutional
If this were true, some anti-abortion group would have attempted a court case by now. Everyone in the pro-life movement isn't so stupid as to miss some obvious argument like that for 35 years.
Wait, teen pregnancies didn't skyrocket when roe v/s wade. In fact, institutions for single mothers are closing ever since, and they were working since, wait, the twenties, at least.
Wait...pro-choice people do generally support sex education, so....what?
Oh, I see, this was posted on youtube. It doesn't need to make sense.
Confused?
