Atheism is a psychosis

The presence of God is surprisingly easy to ‘sense’ and thus prove. I have never properly understood why atheists denied His presence until I had an ‘aha’ moment yesterday: Atheists suffer from psychosis in much the same way that a serial killer does.

The serial killer feels no guilt for his actions. There is no point asking a serial killer why he has committed his foul deeds, because when Satan enters one’s soul the possessed person becomes unable to grasp what the rest of us take for granted. He can’t fathom why normal people feel compassion. There is a missing link in his thought process and he needs to be jailed until he comes right with God.

Indeed, asking an atheist to define our moral code is like asking Jack the Ripper to run Life-Line.

But . . . back to that ‘sixth-sense’ which we Christians have of God. I feel it is acceptable to state that there is a sense of what is True in this world, and that it cannot be put into words. The French call it a ‘je ne sais quoi’ -- a certain something! Hence the silly assumption that man (scientists and atheists) can try and find Jesus under a microscope. It doesn’t work like that. Knowing Jesus is a profound ‘feeling’ that cannot be denied and in fact drives everything a True Christian does. Christians automatically have that ‘je ne sais quoi’ and others can sense it in them. The way a person who walks with Christ carries his or herself will even appear different. There is a spring in their step that only a fellow believer will understand.

I mention all this because to us as Christians, atheists appear as prisoners in a glass box, screeching to get out yet denying what they see through that glass. That is the irony! All they have to do is smash the glass and step into the light.

If there are any seekers out there who are sick of the cobbled-together lies peddled by ‘science’ then I suggest that you start by asking God for help. Put some heart into it! You have to make the first move.
