Gods, this reminds me of a third waver from a fan fiction group I was in. She would weep and wail and gnash her teeth about stories featuring MPreg of all the stupid things. Tried to say it was the patriarchy usurping the one thing women can do that men can't. That women who wrote those kinds of stories were internally misogynistic. It turned out she was a huge TERF and her bitching and twitching was because those kinds of stories reminded her that some (trans)men can give birth.
The real feminists in the group had a field day with her after that.

Vegans can do what they like, as long as they don't try to get all preachy and better-than-thou, like fundies. When they cross that line, they'll be just as mocked and ridiculed.

Did somebody wail and gnash teeth about strap-ons? That is, women usurping the one thing men can do but women can't?
You need to learn the definition of feminism before you can make any claims about what it entails. Also, the issues surrounding livestock are complex, so, for example, where do you stand on the issue surrounding the slaughter of male chicks because they can't produce eggs and enough meat? Whilst women's rights is an important issue, perspective is needed, and it can't be appropriated for all the world's problems.

@Yossarian: A rooster can't yield enough meat? Ha! Coming from the personal experience of raising chickens, I don't trust a word of what factory farmers claim. We had a rooster once, and we ate him. He fed a family of four and was delicious.
