Atheistic science predicts that earthquakes will be correlated with fault lines. That is simply not true, as many recent earthquakes (Napa Valley, Japan, etc.) have demonstrated. It would be fine if atheistic science admitted it doesn't know, but instead it claims it does know, but it is wrong.

Atheistic science also fails to explain the many examples of beauty in nature, including the blood moon.

Biblical scientific foreknowledge, meanwhile, is spectacular in its success.

It's secular science, silly, as science has neither a religion nor a lack thereof.
Predictions and correlations doesn't mean that EVERY SINGLE earthquake will happen on a fault line, nor that EVERY SINGLE inch of fault line will cause an earthquake. Science simply states that most serious earthquakes will happen near fault lines. Kinda like Napa Valley and Japan. Meanwhile, Sweden, VERY far from fault lines, hardly has any notable earthquakes at all. (Apparently we had one in 1904 that reached between 5,5 and 6 on the Richter scale. We do have a lot of small ones though, as not even our old bedrock is completely stable. Which the secular scientists are fully aware of.)

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, stupid. In Medieval Europe, they would probably have seen the Blood Moon as portent of horrible things to come; very scary and ugly, in other words. Flowers are “beautiful” because they attract insects and/or birds that pollinates them.

So, why didn't "Biblical scientific foreknowledge" warn people about the devastating Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004, the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011 and the Typhoon Haiyan in 2013? You might have saved nearly half a million people, who would then probably have been easy converts to the Christian faith.

The only thing "Biblical scientific foreknowledge" is spectacular in is finding things in the Bible AFTER the fact, that could have warned people, had they just read it right. But that's no use to anyone; that's even worse than not knowing at all, I'd say.

Ummm..... isn't Japan near quite a few fault lines?

If anyone doesn't get the "blood moon" thing, basically John Hagee claimed that something important happens with Israel whenever there are four lunar eclipses close to each other, and that this current series would possibly bring about the Rapture. Ray Comfort, in his movie Noah and the Last Days, tried to claim that a blood red moon was a prophecy in the Bible. Yeah, you heard me: the Bible predicted there would be a lunar eclipse someday.

I know that Andy here started Conservapedia. I know he's legit. But at the same time, the fact that he's nothing more than a gift that keeps on giving to secularists (volcanoes transport small animals, the Lenski Affair, earthquakes not caused by faults, nobody can explain lunar eclipses) makes part of me wonder if he's a Poe.

'Blood Moon' = Lunar Eclipse. Just ask fellow Christian & Space Scientist Dr. Buzz Aldrin, with his unique perspectiv on the matter. That's fucking Astronomy 101, Andy Schaftafly, and Buzz has a Ph.D (even a B.Sc before then).

Biblical unscientific no knowledge, meanwhile, is spectacular in it's FAIL.

As Ray Cumfart is almost doing so, re. his being forced to admit that there is gravity in space, the 'Crockoduck' was "just a joke", and his precious 'proof' of Creation was as the result of human intervention, Andy Schaftafly has started to lose it.

Must be due to being pwned by Richard Lenski, becoming unhinged like this.

Reduced to this form of 'cherry-picking' to justify your insane 'Biblical scientific foreknowledge' concept. A concept that's curiously not part of even the most Conservative Christian denominations in the US, never mind the most maistream of such.

The fact that all major conservative media commentators, journalists, bloggers etc regard you as a theological pariah: a worse-than heretic.

Faults don't have to occur on plate boundaries, in fact many don't. Faults along plate boundaries tend to be the most active, since stress is highest here, but earthquakes can occur in an intra-plate setting, such as the Market Rasen (5.2 in magnitude) earthquake in the UK. Next.

@Swede: Seismologists don't measure earthquake intensity using the Richter Scale, they use the Moment magnitude scale. This is because the Wood-Anderson seismograph is only calibrated to work in California, due to the underlying geology, and the Richter Scale has an upper limit of 7, due to the dispersal of the frequencies of ground waves, meaning that earthquake magnitudes will all be approximately 7, despite the actual energy output, with the Richter Scale.

Strange, that. No discussion whatsoever about someone who clearly has a unique perspective on the matter. Certainly in terms of Astronomy. Like I say, Andy Schaftafly: Buzz Aldrin is a Space Scientist; he doesn't have that Ph.D for nothing, you know, thus Dr. Aldrin.

And like I say, from his perspective (and in more ways than one), what you're talking about is Astronomy 101, Andy.
