Mr Crowder is quite correct, Hitler and the NSDAP were not "right wing" as a partial list of their ideological positions shows.

* They believed in Eugenics
* They were anti-capitalists
* They were environmentalists
* They were animal rights activists - they were the first to ban vivisection, restricted private hunting and outlawed commercial hunting. They also sent people to concentration camps for violating animal rights laws.
* They believed whole heartedly in evolution
* They followed "social Darwinism"
* They were Malthusians and believed that Germany was rapidly becoming overpopulated (point 3 of the NSDAP party platform)
* They demanded the government be the first to provide for jobs (point 7)
* They demanded the end of "unearned income" (i.e. income from property ownership) and demanded the end of "debt slavery" (point 11)
* They believed in and engaged in class and race warfare
* They demanded the nationalisation of industry (point 13)
* They demanded a division of profits of all heavy industry (point 14)
* They demanded an expansion of the old age pension (point 15)
* They exercised government control over prices and wages
* They demanded the state be given full control of education (point 20)
* They demanded the state be given full control of the health system (point 21)
* They hated Jews and distinguished between "religious" and "social" Jews but still hated them all (Progressives claim they aren't Jew haters, they are merely anti-Zionists, but then promote Jew hatred by attacking non-Zionist Jews for the crime of being a Jew as if they are responsible for Israel and all the crimes progressives imagine it commits. The claims that "Hollywood is run by Jews" and "Jews run the world" are distinctly left wing ideas not held by the majority of people on the right).
* They were socialists
* They were pro big government (point 25)
* They expressed admiration for Marx
* They hated Christianity (it was "flabby" and "meek" and "Jewish"). Hitler even expressed the wish that Charles Martel and other heroes had failed to stop the advance of Islam. There's no evidence he even desired to become a Muslim, but he admired it for its "martial spirit".
* Hitler's deputy was a rabid atheist who wanted religious institutions kept out of the new Berlin that they were planning
* They were pro-union - the unions they destroyed were Marxist Communists, other non-Communist unions were brought into the NSDAP fold.
* They insisted that the government have full control but not ownership of the "means of production"
* Hitler's private slogan was "Common use before private use".
* The "Thousand Year Reich" was straight out of the writings of Engels, you know, the Engles of "Marx and Engels", the man who funded Karl Marx... ("This is our calling, that we shall become the Templars of this Grail, gird the sword round our loins for its sake and stake our lives joyfully in the last, holy war which will be followed by the thousand-year reign of freedom.")

If you can read that list and still believe the Nazis were "right wing" then you are a fool and possibly a liar.
